Shipping, Delivery & Pickup

1. Curbside Pickup at Whatchamacallit Tools store.

 We are here to help. Place your order on whatchamacallittools.com and pick-up Curbside at your local store.

How it works:

1. ORDER – Order on whatchamacallittools.com and select Free Store Pickup during checkout
2. DRIVE – Once you receive a confirmation email that your order is ready for pickup, head to your Whatchamacallit Tools store.
3. CALL – When you arrive, call the store phone number (found on your order confirmation) and a helpful associate will bring out your order.

  2. Ship to your location of preference

Ship to Home is a convenient service available on whatchamacallittools.com where most items can be delivered to a specified address. 

Here’s how Shipping to your location works: 

• Shop at whatchamacallittools.com.
• Once you have selected an item, click the 'Add to Cart button' and you will see if this item is able to be shipped to your home. You can choose ship to home in your cart.
• Continue to proceed through the checkout process to order completion.
• Once the order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with your shipment tracking information.
• After you complete your Shipping to your location order, the receipt page provides you with your order number and information about the order. Keep your order number in a safe place; it will be needed for all order references.

There are shipping charges associated with Shipping orders. Shipping costs for orders placed on whatchamacallittools.com are based on the weight of the total order. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during checkout. 

Please note, business days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Most items may be shipped via Standard Ground.  

Excludes the following: No international shipping.   No shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, Palau, Minor Outlying Islands, or the Virgin Islands.

You have 30 days from the time of package delivery per the carrier, to report an issue with your order.

3. Free Store Pickup

Free Store Pickup - Fulfilled from Store:

In a hurry or need something right away? Free Store Pick up: Fulfilled from Store allows you to buy online from whatchamacallittools.com  and pickup as early as today. Item(s) must be in-stock and order placed at least 2 hours before store closing time 6:30pm central time.

Here’s how Free Store Pickup – Fulfilled from Store works: 

• Shop at whatchamacallittools.com.
• If your item is eligible for Free Store Pickup, it will be noted in your cart. You may choose Free Store Pickup in your cart.
• If your order was placed at least 2 hours before store closing and the item(s) were in stock in the store, you may pick up your order the same day it was placed.
• Once the order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email.
• Next you will receive a Ready for Pickup email indicating your items are ready and available for pick up. 
• When you pick up your order, be sure to have your order number in a safe place; it will be needed for all order references. You must present your order number and one form of photo ID when you pick up your order at whatchamacallit tools store.
